Wow. I feel like I’m back in Singapore again. The heat here in Northern Virginia is unbearable. I just read that the temperature is over a 100 degrees and I’m just about to melt! I foresee many, many McDonald’s soft cones in the future. As you can see, I’m back [...] My throat is better now! I can’t belt out a note yet (actually, I never could) but I can actually talk! I can’t tell you how relieved I am to be able to even say “Need to pee, NOW!” I’ve been wondering why God took my voice away, just [...] When you’re in a foreign country, the hardest thing to do is communicate with the locals.
