Yup. The moment you’ve all been waiting for…the announcement of the winner of my SPAM giveaway. But then of course we still got our SPAM-haters…hahaha, I don’t blame you as I guess the thought of meat product stuffed into a can may sound a bit weird for some, but hey, people used to think raw fish was gross until sashimi and sushi became trendy. I recently tried fried spam while I was in Hawaii (encouraged by locals) and was surprised that I liked it! I’m not sure I’d ever make it for myself though. Maybe someday the urge will hit me! I am definitely curious to see what recipes people came up with.
