Sadly, she died last year and she didnt leave a single recipe for us so I've been trying to figure it out on my own... slowly working my through the <a href="http://www.meatballrecipe.org/meatball/lamb-meatballs-2/" rel="nofollow">meatball recipes</A> here, I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!! Whenever I buy PB with oil on the top I dump the entire contents into a bowl and mix it with a spatula. If its unsalted I usually add my own fresh sea salt to the mix. Then refrigerate. Makes for some damn good PB! (Mixing the oil BACK into the PB is what makes it so good. And its not like its added oil either- its the naturals oils from the peanuts that separate.) P.S.
