Great way to serve up some delicious peach. I would do #4: Get creative and bake or cook with it to make it delicious. Peach cobbler anyone?

What scrumptious looking dishes!
Baking is also a good idea of dealing with not so great fruit. You can sprinkle a bit of sugar on it to help it along, then turn it into a crumble

Under ripe peaches are so forgiving if you just cook them long enough! I’ve never seen peaches in pasta before, how creative! Love that pasta too – very cute.

I’ve heard if grilled peaches before but not in such a tasty combo! Love the idea. You could Aldo try grilled peaches with Greek yogurt or ice cream mmmm

Kudos to you for making the best out of a “sour” situation. I would probably take the peaches back to the store and ask for another bag or a refund. The peaches you grilled looked yummy! I’m sure they caramelized too, which makes them even better.
